The Rev. Thomas Drobena of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church of Stafford Springs, Connecticut explaining that his church has acquired, for use, a copy of one of about twelve copies of the Shroud of Turin:
It’s from the Roman Catholic Church, so it’s an official copy. It’s meant for circulation in churches. We’re just one of the churches that will be using it. It will be going out to many other Lutheran churches. We’ll be sending it across the country as people are interested.
