Michael Musto, the exuberant, sometimes hard to take film and theater critic, is displaying old playbills today in The Village Voice. One is for the 1986 musical Into the Light. He simply captions the playbill: “Into The Light, a musical about the shroud of Turin, which made me an atheist.”
Here is the playbill cover for this major flop of a show, staring Dean Jones, about scientists and the Shroud of Turin, which closed only four days after opening.
