On Good Friday, this blog logged 3,728 page views in a single day, topping the previous day’s all-time record on December 22 following the ENEA report. Then yesterday, Easter Day 2012, there was a record 4,338 page views.  I imagine this was caused by the de Wesselow’s new book being so heavily promoted in the news during Holy Week.

I don’t know how this compares to other blogs, particularly non-commercial, individually operated, single-topic blogs. I’m guessing from looking at a representative sample of such types of blogs that these numbers are blow-away fantastic: one in a thousand or many, many thousands. Thanks to everyone who helps with suggestions and comments and makes this an intellectually honest and stimulating place to think about and discuss this amazing enigma.
