Can Christ’s image, like neutrinos, pass through everything undetected, thereby vanishing and mysteriously appearing at will as matter in the photographic negative of the Shroud?
Could the resurrected Christ capture and hold still enough neutrinos to create His image on the Shroud?
And on and on and on. But let us remember they are questions. Let’s not convert them speculations, which on the Internet sometimes grow into “facts.”
It is this kind of pseudoscientific speculations that make so much harm. One picks up the last impacting headlines from a newspaper regarding a scientific challenge like that of the neutrinos and mixes it up with……..the Shroud to write a smart and “suggesting” question. Furthermore, the questions are wrongly formulated since neutrinos do not behave as described in the questions…..This path takes us nowhere.
It is sad that being the Shroud one of the few “mysteries” that could actually be true, it is put at the same level as notorious fakes like UFOs, Mayan Calendar, astrology and so on.
