In fact, how is it different than the “non-fiction” “Book of Revelation” in the Bible? I sent along a jpg of the cover from Amazon. According to the author this thing with a tail is a real picture of Satan. He saw it. No I didn’t read the book. Amazon lets you peak inside.
I don’t know that I disagree with you. However, I see the Book of Revelation as apocalyptic literature. As such, it is fiction with a symbolic message. Taken too literally, it fuels the imagination of many writers. That is perhaps what is going on here.
That tinfoil hat stuff is: Are there enough tinfoil hats to go around? It gets nuttier every minute.
