Your blog post “Four and Twenty Fringe Ideas Baked in a Pie” is right on. [Dennis Price] may be a nice guy as you say. But I think he needs glasses. I mean really. Does the face on the lead codicil look anything like the Byzantine coin Price chose for his article or like the Veil of Veronica? The coin looks like it was sourced from the Shroud. The face on the lead sheet looks like the cover of a playbill for the Broadway production of “The Lion King.”
Nick Pryor has a fairly decent article in today’s Daily Mail. It is surprisingly good for the Mail. You may want to recommend it to your readers.
