A reader writes in reference to TIME’s Big Cover Story on Immortality:

That, of course, changes the ball game for the Turin shroud. It is a simulation. If it is a fake, I say to all ye believers, take comfort in knowing it is only a simulated fake. If it is real, ye rascals and skeptics, fret not for it is but simulated reality; you can live with that.
