If this was part 2 it would seem to me that there was a part 1. This is almost as funny.
Okay, here it is. Scroll down to the previous posting for part 2 (in part 2 Sullivan is wearing something like a bad version of a clerical collar. Part 2 was new and it caught my attention. Thanks for pointing this out. Have fun. This guy is whacked.
